The Opportunity
As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives that support employee growth, skill development, and career progression. You will collaborate closely with leadership, People, and cross-functional teams to build scalable programs that foster continuous learning, enhance organizational capabilities, and drive overall business success.
- Develop and execute learning and development strategies that align with company objectives, leadership priorities, and employee growth needs.
- Partner with leadership and HR teams to identify skill gaps, create engaging training content, and implement development programs that empower employees at all levels.
- Manage and enhance learning platforms and resources, ensuring employees have access to relevant training materials, workshops, and development opportunities.
- Create and deliver engaging learning content, including onboarding materials, leadership development programs, career path frameworks, and performance enhancement resources.
- Leverage data and feedback mechanisms (such as training completion rates, engagement metrics, and employee feedback) to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives by providing training and development resources that help employees adapt to organizational transitions with confidence and competence.
- Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing Incode’s values by fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Learning Program Support & Administration
- Assist in the development and coordination of training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
- Manage LMS (Learning Management System) administration, including course enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure learning materials and resources are up to date, engaging, and aligned with company goals.
Employee Development
- Assist in organizing employee development initiatives, including leadership programs, mentorships, and career development workshops.
- Support employee experience events related to learning, such as lunch & learns, speaker series, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Research L&D trends and best practices to enhance learning strategies
- Gather and analyze learning metrics and feedback to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a seamless transition into the company.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork, system access, and training materials are provided.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, answering any initial questions and providing guidance during their first weeks.
Special Projects
- Lead and support various cross-functional projects that enhance employee development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with different teams to develop and execute innovative employee learning and development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in learning & development, or HR-related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced/fluent English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, L&D tools, and BambooHR is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
