Job Description
- Lead employee engagement initiatives end-to-end
- Plan and deliver a yearly calendar of employee engagement activities to increase eNPS score
- Leading and supporting the development of internal communication plans
- Plan and execute quarterly offsite & onsite townhalls & workshops
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of engagement initiatives
- Lead the Workplace team in the daily operations and undertake strategic planning to improve the workplace facilities and get 1% better every day
- Develop and execute internal communication plan to ensure the organization’s values and visions are being communicated regularly and effectively
- Initiate and implement team building initiatives that will help to improve the organizational development
- Overseeing the employee experience within the physical office space. This involves facilitating events and implementing programs and facilities that foster a positive workplace culture
- Oversee Travel Desk operations making sure company policy is adhered to
- Implementing and overseeing employee health and safety measures, such as emergency preparedness plans, safety training, etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Administration or Workplace Management.
- Ambitious, proactive, and strategic thinker.
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Able to problem solve via analytical thinking
- Have in-house experience in global or local corporate organizations.
- Experienced with office administration, occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experienced in employee engagements and event management.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Equipped with excellent local and English language communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Familiar with budget planning, tracking, and reporting
