This is where you and your skills come in. As a Sr. Visual Designer for our Contact Center product, RingCX, you will play a crucial role in implementing our modern, forward-looking design system into one of our key products while simultaneously expanding its capabilities. You will leverage advanced proficiency in Figma, a deep understanding of accessibility principles, and strong tokenization skills to seamlessly integrate our design framework. Your focus will be on adapting and extending our unified, scalable design system to meet the specific needs of the product, ensuring consistency across platforms, enhancing user experience, and improving team efficiency.
You will be a key bridge between design and development, applying best practices in component adaptation, inclusive design, and design token management to elevate our product ecosystem.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

Implementing and evolving design systems in digital products

Leveraging design tokens to drive consistency and scalability across platforms

Applying accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design solutions
-
Creating Figma components and libraries to streamline collaboration across teams
-
Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring designs to life
-
Translating design specifications into developer-friendly documentation
-
Ensuring feasibility and consistency of designs by partnering with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle

Conducting design reviews and maintaining a high standard of UI/UX implementation
Desired Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in a Computer Science, Interaction Design, and/or Visual Communication Design discipline (Masters’ degree or equivalent work experience preferred)

Minimum of 9 years of experience in digital product development such as desktop or mobile apps and/or digital ecosystems

Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec

Availability to work early mornings/evenings to accommodate colleagues in various time zones

A detailed portfolio of design work that outlines your specific role, decisions, and challenges for at least two large-scale projects

An eagerness to explore a developing design system and a commitment to adapting it for a diverse range of products.
