About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Recruiter to lead recruiting delivery, fulfillment, stakeholder engagement and project management for Senior Level Hiring. Incumbent will be part of Talent Acquisition – India and Philippines team.

In this role, you will:

  • This role will be part of a dynamic talent acquisition team, will build and execute hiring plans for business enablement, and co-partner with senior Leaders to ensure the company remains ahead in a competitive talent market. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with keen understanding of business functions and capability in scaling up teams.

  • Lead the hiring delivery for one or more business lines in the organization, develop / implement recruitment strategy to attract the right talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

  • Work with the business leaders on approach to talent demand and supply needs; co-partner with HR and business stakeholders on employer branding programs to establish the company as a top choice for potential employees.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, review and guide Hiring Managers for effective job descriptions, develop effective recruitment plans, operate with a solution provider and compliance mindset for operational issues /concerns.

  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, to source relevant candidates and maintain strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Review recruitment processes regularly and share good industry practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire measures.

  • Collaborate with other peers within TA, HR functions, such as HR business partners and talent development, build effective relationships with a ‘one team’ mindset.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Proven experience into senior level hiring, managing, and collaborating with senior executives

  • Strong sourcing skills to attract top talent by utilizing all appropriate channels including online resources, events, relationship building and networking.

  • Demonstrates strong understanding of business acumen, aligning sourcing and hiring strategy with organizational goals.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in analyzing recruitment related metrics; displays strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS tools.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a master's degree in human resource or equivalent.

Job Expectations:

  • Conduct comprehensive market search to understand talent landscape and utilizing insights to drive hiring decisions

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies for senior or top-level hiring

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of business acumen and align sourcing strategy

  • Build and maintain talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including offer management and candidate onboarding
