Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical authority for the Frontend Guild, ensuring best practices and high coding standards.
- Lead frontend development efforts, providing guidance and technical direction on React-based projects.
- Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable frontend code.
- Support codebase cleanup and ensure adherence to modern development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align frontend architecture with overall system design.
- Effectively communicate technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, especially React, while also exploring other frameworks like Angular as a plus.
- Provide technical mentorship to Frontend developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ensure high-quality software development through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years with React
- Responsibilities: Lead the frontend guild as a technical authority
- Technical Skills: Expertise in React (mandatory), other frameworks like Angular are a plus
- General Skills: Develop maintainable code, support codebase cleanup, understand overall architecture
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, ability to explain problems and solutions, self-reliant
- Leadership: Technical leadership only, no direct reportees
