Job Description

Lead Change Management Consultant

London, UK

Full-time, permanent

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to join our dynamic team to drive the change strategy for new product introductions, ensuring smooth adoption and market success. This role is critical in preparing internal teams, engaging external stakeholders, and guiding the firm through organisational and market shifts that come with launching new and innovative offerings.

As a Lead Change Management Consultant, you will develop and execute tailored strategies that support product adoption, align with business objectives, and enable the firm to successfully bring first-of-their-kind solutions to market.

The ideal candidate will be highly independent, able to navigate ambiguity, and skilled at influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement targeted change management strategies to support the successful launch and adoption of new products in addition to organisational change efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define the change vision, identify risks, and mitigate resistance and lack of adoption.
  • Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external audiences.
  • Design and deliver customised training programs, equipping employees, partners, and clients with the necessary knowledge and skills for adoption.
  • Establish and track key success metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and overall effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of openness and collaboration, encouraging feedback and addressing concerns related to changes.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and managers, enhancing their ability to drive and sustain change.
  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure change management efforts align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Adapt change methodologies to fit the unique market-entry challenges of key initiatives, balancing internal and external change dynamics.

About you:

  • Significant experience in change management, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact change initiatives.
  • Experience in product launches, market adoption strategies or large-scale transformation efforts is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in efforts that are isolated from the broader change team, requiring high levels of initiative and strategic thinking.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Expertise in designing and executing targeted change and adoption strategies in new or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess change readiness, track adoption metrics, and make data-drive recommendations.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in professional services, technology or innovation-driven environments is a plus.
