All about the role:
The Product Launch Specialist will manage New Variants as projects (NVT/PLR) from the first draft till the production in the factory. Coordinate, and organize the development and optimization of components, subgroups, and modules.
What you’ll do:

Coordination of NVR/PLR Project (New Variant Request) during the introduction of new components and assemblies in the production area (incl. Ramp-Up of new models)

Support colleagues in all Launch Relevant Topics for Freestanding Cooker incl. BOM Creation in FSDS
-
Lead NVR Projects from scratch and coordinate the complete process/project in a team
-
Coordinate the approval with prototyping, performance, and quality verification together with the laboratory teams.

Technical contact for other departments (Quality, Purchasing, Product, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Service)

Adherence to the defined project objectives (timing, quality improvements, and cost reduction)

Prepare information for BOM creation (ANC-allocation; PNC-Design-BOM)

Prepare information for UM-Team in the Team Center
-
Ensure, that all requirements and certificates (technical specification, functionality, reliability, manufacturability, environmental impact, safety, ...) are taken into account during the development phase
Where you’ll be:
You will be based in our modern factory in Świdnica manufactures various models of free-standing cookers and built-in ovens of such brands as Electrolux, AEG, and Zanussi. We put special emphasis on safety, quality and sustainability. We employ around 850 people, both in operations and factory office.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Business Engineering, or a related field

Basic understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and assembly principles, mechanical design skills (project knowledge is a plus)

Awareness of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards
-
Basic knowledge of safety (electrical, gas)
-
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-resilient, and well-organized work attitude
-
Familiarity with FSDS and Teamcenter is advantageous.

Design Skills (Mechanical Designer) or Project Knowledge is an additional benefit

Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization and project teams

Commitment to continuous improvement and respect for cultural diversity

Proficiency with standard Microsoft software
