Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) is a global business services organization with over 3,300 colleagues that strives to transform how Roche operates in a driven and constantly evolving business environment. Our team reports to the Head of Enterprise Capabilities (EC), which focuses on delivering excellence in Organizational Change, Communication, Agile, Coaching, and Project Management.
The Opportunity
You will join Roche's ASPIRE program, which is deploying the digital backbone (fueled by SAP S4/HANA and other solutions). As part of the Commercial Cluster OCM Wave Lead, you will be accountable for successfully delivering all OCM Wave activities/execution aligned with the Global OCM deployment framework.
Responsibilities:

Drive localization of Wave OCM approach, plan, and timeline

Execute OCM strategies, including change communication, training, and user adoption activities

Identify people-related issues and recommend options and plans for remediation

Assess change impacts and risks related to planned developments

Create and manage project-level surveys and metrics for global OCM reporting

Build and manage deployment-specific change agent/champion networks

Collaborate with other Commercial Cluster Wave OCMs to exchange knowledge and learnings
Who you are

5+ years in Organizational Change Management in SAP S/4 or other ERP system implementations

You thrive in dynamic environments and build rapport with partners quickly

You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with the ability to generate enthusiasm and drive commitment

Proficient in English and Spanish
