Mô tả công việc:

  • Thực hiện các công việc sản xuất, vận hành máy theo chỉ đạo của quản lý

  • Đảm bảo chất lượng công việc và tuân thủ các quy tắc an toàn.

  • Xử lý nguyên vật liệu, thiết lập dây chuyền, thực hiện kiểm soát chất lượng và quản lý sản phẩm hoàn thiện.

  • Gấp hộp, lắp ráp các thành phần và đóng gói sản phẩm bằng tay hoặc tự động.

  • Hiệu chỉnh và bảo trì thiết bị sản xuất, đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả và kiểm soát chất lượng.

  • Báo cáo các vấn đề về an toàn, chất lượng hoặc vận hành cho quản lý dây chuyền.

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và tinh thần làm việc nhóm.

  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có nền tảng kỹ thuật.

  • Có tính kỷ luật cao và tuân thủ các quy định của công ty.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute production tasks as directed by supervisors.

  • Ensure work quality and comply with safety rules.

  • Handle materials, set up lines, perform quality control, and manage finished products.

  • Fold boxes, insert components, and pack products manually and automatically.

  • Calibrate and maintain production equipment, ensuring efficient operation and quality control.

  • Escalate safety, quality, or operational issues to the line manager.

  • Coordinate operators, ensuring team safety and smooth machine operation.

  • Practice cost awareness and waste reduction.

  • Train and assist less skilled operators.

  • Complete tasks assigned by leaders.

  • Support change-over activities.

  • Train others in technical knowledge and troubleshooting.

  • Adhere to 5S and safety standards.

  • Proactively solve production and equipment issues.

This position is responsible to maintain the daily operation with safety, quality and ontime delivery to fulfill the high flexibility of demand from customers.

Do you have what it takes?

  • High school, vocational school, college, or university education.

  • Minimum 2 years of production experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ethic.

  • Technical background preferred.

  • Strong discipline and adherence to company rules.
