We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Key Account Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for our enterprise-level clients in the real estate industry, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions. Your responsibilities will include understanding clients’ business objectives, guiding them through projects, and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry, our product offerings, and clients’ business objectives. 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to renewals and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to escalate customer feedback, deliver outstanding client experiences, and manage projects aimed at maximizing customer value.
  • Regularly interact with customers to gather feedback through discussions and product usage observations.
  • Manage projects to support the Key Account Success team in delivering maximum value to our customers.
  • Ensure communication, reporting and operational activities are handled in a consistent, timely, accurate manner internally and externally

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to excel under high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
  • Experience interacting with senior members of a customer’s team, such as C-level executives or department leaders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Salesforce CRM familiarity
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices, trends, and challenges is a plus.
