Job Description
As the Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and scaling Flink’s relationship with one of the largest online delivery companies in both Germany and Netherlands. This role ensures smooth daily operations and supports strategic initiatives that maximize the partnership’s value. You’ll be the primary point of contact for external and internal communication, collaborating across departments to solve issues, implement improvements, and optimize the performance of platform orders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary contact for our partner, managing daily communication and resolving issues.
- Monitor key metrics, including order volumes, to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Commercial, Supply Chain, Tech, Data) to drive operational improvements and implement new projects or process enhancements.
- Provide leadership with regular performance insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in key account management, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and performance tracking.
- Experience with Excel/Gsheets and business intelligence tools (such as PowerBI, Looker or Tableau) is required.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and resolve issues efficiently.
- Clear communicator who can effectively coordinate between internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in identifying inefficiencies and optimizing processes to improve performance.
- Works well in a team, building strong relationships across different functions.
