In detail you will:

Lead and spearhead the relationship with your key customer.

Look beyond ‘selling in’ to working in partnership to help your customer ‘sell out’.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Line, Marketing, Demand planning and Customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.

Own and build a client relationship that delivers mutual success and continues to grow.

Leverage pricing, promotions, ambassador programs, events, and campaigns to achieve goals.

Hit targets your way, always keeping the customer experience in mind.

Education & Experience
-
Successful track record in a similar Key Account Management role
-
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Fluent Greek and English
-
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
-
Strategic thinking and a can-do attitude

Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
