Responsibilities :

Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts.

Execute Joint Value Creation with key accounts to accelerate category growth, improve on-shelf availability, and generate off-take.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in consumer offtake and account purchases.

Negotiate with store manager to get additional secondary display to strengthen Cetaphil in-store visibility.

Ensure brand presence and execution excellence in-store and online, including planograms, visibility, and promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing team for impactful activations and launches within the retail and online ecosystem.

Analyze ROI on promotional campaigns and in-store (and digital) investment based on data-driven insights.

Supply Chain & Demand Planning Collaboration

Work closely with supply chain and distributor team to ensure stock availability and reduce the potential of out of stock.

Manage supply constraints and communicate proactively with internal supply chain and distributor.

Execute and monitor strategic implementation for online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) to drive exponential growth.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze key sales KPIs, consumer offtake, and sell-out vs offtake.

Provide actionable insights based on data to improve sales performance and drive category leadership.

Monitor sales dashboards to track performance and propose data-driven business decisions.
Requirement
-
2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management (Modern Trade/E-Commerce) or Trade Marketing in FMCG (Beauty is a plus).

Strong negotiation & analytical skills, with experience handling trade terms, JBPs, and e-commerce growth strategies.

Excellent stakeholder management to align with internal and external teams for execution excellence.

Data-driven mindset, proficient in Excel, and or other analytics tools to track and optimize performance.

Entrepreneurial mindset & problem-solving attitude to navigate challenges in a dynamic retail environment.
