Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any logistical problems or discrepancies that arise during transport and delivery, escalating complex issues to higher management if necessary.
  • Order Management: Oversee the progress of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and client interactions.
  • Service Improvement: Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing their logistics processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and any operational issues.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including dispatch, warehousing, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics operations and address any client-specific needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Fluent english skills is a must
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: +4 years of experience in logistics or customer service, preferably in a field-based role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
