客群行銷專員

職務內容：

• 提出創意想法發展推廣商品之文宣或其他行銷工具(如LINE、FB、IG)，促進保險商品行銷。
• 依照公司行銷以及商品策略，分析競爭優勢，並從客戶樣貌及需求，包裝商品行銷訴求。
• 參與專案籌備會議，包裝商品賣點，協助專案之進行及規劃專案文宣。
• 保險商品行銷文件製作，包含商品DM、商品說明書、商品特色文宣等，與設計溝通、文宣內容校對、完成審核流程。
• 完成主管交辦之行政庶務等業務。

需求人員條件：

• 具有創意、良好溝通能力及專案統籌能力，
• 細心負責，團隊配合度佳，
• 熟MS Office，願意執行行政事務及流程，
• 有社群經營經驗、熟悉繪圖軟體者佳。
