What you'll do
- Join our Trade Marketing Team and help make Emma products stand out in B2B retail stores and online on a Europe level/ in 8 markets!
- Support the creation of eye-catching POS (point-of-sale) materials like banners, roll-ups, and displays to attract customers and support on conversion.
- Manage the implementation of campaigns in-store to promote seasonal sales periods, by following-up on production, shipping and execution of visual materials in 300+ stores.
- Help drive store traffic by steering retail media and OOH campaigns together with partners and making sure our brand and products get noticed in a competitive set-up.
- Assist in managing Emma’s presence on online marketplaces by ensuring our products are highlighted with sponsored ads and homepage placements.
- Make sure our brand looks consistent across different retailers, both in-store and online.
- Work with different teams (sales, product, and brand) to help bring our marketing ideas to life.
Who we're looking for
- You’re excited to learn about retail and digital marketing.
- You have experience in in-store marketing (like displays and layouts) and online promotions (like ads and product placements).
- You enjoy working with different teams and juggling multiple tasks.
- You’re proactive, hands-on, and love bringing ideas to life.
- Fluent in English (extra languages like Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch are a plus!).
