In our Berlin office, we specialize in the management and development of fashion collections for Private Label brands under the About You umbrella. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality designs that align with market trends and consumer preferences. An essential component of our business is supply chain management, which plays a critical role in ensuring the timely launch of our collaborations. 


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to join our Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the logistics and supply chain operations related to the wholesale distribution of our products. This role will involve coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our wholesale partners. The Junior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize our logistics processes and enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring the logistics process for wholesale orders, helping to ensure a smooth flow from order placement to delivery
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products
  • Schedule and track shipments, working closely with freight carriers and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and manage expectations regarding delivery timelines
  • Resolve any issues related to shipping, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, promptly and effectively
  • Assist with forecasting and planning of inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demands
  • Support compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation
  • Participate in regular meetings with the logistics team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field preferred
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, ideally within the wholesale sector, but not required
  • Basic understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and shipping regulations
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • German language skills would be an advantage
  • SQL, Project management, Google Looker Studio knowledge would be an advantage
