Junior SAP Logistics Consultant

At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Junior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team. If you are a recent graduate or someone with entry-level experience, have a passion for SAP, and are eager to work in cutting-edge technology areas, this role offers a large platform for growth and opportunities to expand your SAP skillsets in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a junior business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role
• Work alongside Reply Senior Consultant to help troubleshoot and learn how to configure SAP Logistics modules including connection points with other modules and cross functional design
• Work along Reply Senior Consultant to help facilitate fit/gap workshops and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements and learn how to translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices
• Assist in preparing clear and concise documentation for client solutions
• Work alongside Reply Senior Consultant to perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets all business requirements
• Learn how to proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues
• Takes an active role in own career development including continuing education, annual goals and objectives, etc. Receive mentorship as you gain exposure to diverse customers, industries, and SAP projects. 
• Build strong relationships with clients and peers to understand business processes, objectives and challenges

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management & logistics and/or information technology / systems 
• Travel up to 50%
• 1-3 years of business experience, experience in SAP systems preferred
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently, possesses strong soft skills and has a willingness to learn
• Strong collaboration skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Effectively communicates in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to adapt and be flexible with changing business needs and technologies
• Stay updated on new SAP releases and features to learn how to guide clients by leveraging new features for enhanced business performance
• Strong analytical abilities
