  • you have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment – experience in IT/tech recruitment is a plus;
  • you are adaptable to change and a team player;
  • you communicate easily with people from various backgrounds and levels of expertise;
  • you are a people- & client-oriented, able to identify the best ways to match the person with the team and business needs;
  • you are enthusiastic and spread positive energy;
  • you are not afraid to come with new and creative ideas and see them through implementation;
  • you have graduated from university in a related field;
  • you have a good level of English, both written and spoken;
  • preferably, you have experience with any recruitment tools.

What this job is about?

First of all, this role is about connecting with people and contributing to the growth of our business. You will play a key part in both areas.

  • you will handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our continuously growing team, focusing on both business and IT recruitment;
  • you will partner with the business to identify the right profiles and recruitment strategies for each role;
  • you will source candidates through different channels;
  • you will run the interviews, together with the hiring managers;
  • you will coordinate psychometric testing and other assessment methods, where the case;
  • you will offer feedback and recommendations regarding the candidates and the hiring decision;
  • you will conduct health-check discussions with the new colleagues you’ve recruited and exit interviews, so we can always work towards improving the experience of our employees;
  • you will maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records;
  • you will assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events;
  • you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
