YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a world-class analyst to become part of our Growth team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

  • Work with local and international Growth Marketing teams
  • Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions growing business in Poland.
  • Track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects, to measure success, providing the appropriate visibility to the Head of Growth and Marketing plus local and HQ stakeholders
  • Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs. Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and presentations tailored to business needs for effective decision-making.
  • Identify growth opportunities to grow our user base, improve retention rates and maximize profitability.
  • Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions. Coordinate a best-in-class execution of the local Promotional strategies
  • Provide expertise to local team, offering technical expertise and strategic insights for enhanced analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 1-2 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions (business analysis preferred)
  • Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must
  • SQL proficiency is mandatory (performing simple to intermediate SQL queries on their own)
  • Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
  • Proficiency in data storytelling, distilling complex concepts into accessible narratives, with documents and/or presentations, for audiences with diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. is a plus
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves! 
  • Proficiency in English is a must
