The Role

In this dynamic role, you'll be a key member of our product team, driving data-driven initiatives and developing product features forward. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend and mobile developers, to ensure new features are implemented smoothly and according to our high standards. Your strong analytical skills and technical knowledge will be essential in translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to support data-driven decisions for our mobile and web applications.
• Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
• Conduct deep analyses on user behavior (data mining) to uncover patterns and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain a growth mindset—constantly seek learning opportunities to enhance your skills and the team's capabilities.
• Act as a key support contact for BI-related topics within the organization.
• Assist in managing the data warehouse and building internal reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and CRM departments to ensure cohesive data insights across teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in business intelligence and data analytics.

You're a perfect fit if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a technical or data-focused role (e.g., BI Analyst, Data Analyst).
• Have been part of or closely collaborated with a product team delivering digital consumer or B2B products.
• Have studied Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Possess strong experience in SQL, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar database tools.
• Have a passion for learning and staying current with the latest technologies in data analytics.
• Are located in Berlin, Germany.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Speak English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Are a team player who enjoys supporting and collaborating with colleagues.

Bonus points for:

• You have advanced knowledge of R or Python
• You have experience conceptualising and executing A/B tests.
• You have been working on mobile applications
• You have a basic knowledge of German, French, Spanish or Italian.
