A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining financial records. You will support financial reporting, manage reconciliations, and process accounts payable and receivable.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Record and process daily financial transactions
  • Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct ledgers
  • Set up bill payments and process intercompany transfers in QuickBooks
  • Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist in bringing the books to the trial balance stage
  • Maintain records, create reports, and process accounts receivable/payable
  • Handle payroll processing and financial statement preparation

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Xero
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (certification is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
