We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Java Full Stack Tech Lead to join our team and contribute to an exciting, fast-growing project for one of our largest clients in the banking domain.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and developing full-stack applications.
- Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and maintain the front-end using Angular, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across the stack.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in both front-end and back-end components.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java, Angular, and microservices to continuously enhance technical deliverables.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Java, with general proficiency in core Java development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Expertise in front-end development using Angular, with a focus on building dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
- Practical knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and patterns.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and their application in building scalable, maintainable systems.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
