We are looking to grow our IT Team with an IT Support Specialist who is passionate about IT Systems, automation, and continuous improvement. 


In this role, you’ll provide on-site IT Support to our team in Copenhagen and remote support to colleagues in Miami, but it will touch the sports community worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support: Provide timely and effective on-site IT Support to our colleagues in the Copenhagen office and occasionally remote support for our Miami offices, addressing a range of technical issues on both PC, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Device Management: Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment, ensuring all hardware is prepared and ready for use. 
  • System-User Administration: Manage system user cleanup, ensure users are onboarded and offboarded properly, and maintain system security and integrity.
  • Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation and guides to assist users in understanding and utilizing IT resources effectively.
  • Meeting Room Support: Service and maintain equipment in meeting rooms and common areas to ensure seamless operation during meetings and events.
  • System Implementation: Participate in deploying new IT systems, contributing to planning, testing, and rollout phases.
  • Network Administration: Monitor network traffic, Troubleshoot network issues, and maintain network equipment.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various IT-related tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
