The Opportunity:
Seeking an IT Specialist who specializes in process development and automation to work alongside a high functioning and fast paced team of professionals while providing expertise to a Directorate level team environment that requires automation of several program level processes. We are seeking an individual who is educated with the most up-to-date process development and automation technology. This individual will be responsible for automating updates to systems within Army C5ISR Center. IT background who is driven to learn, flexible, innovative, and brings excitement to automate scripts.
Responsibilities:
- Understand unique business requirements and translate into productive and efficient technical solutions
- Effectively communicate with business users, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Design and conduct effectual user training for custom solutions
- Familiarity with various types of data modeling to include object and relational data models.
- Ability to design and manage solutions within Microsoft Army 365 Environment and 'Power Platform'
- Design and maintain SharePoint content and workflows.
- Understanding of app design, data sources, and connectors.
- Proficiency in creating canvas apps
- Ability to customize and extend apps using Power Apps formulas and expressions (PowerFX).
- Experience in designing and automating workflows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 triggers, actions, and conditions
- Ability to integrate Microsoft products with various services and applications
- Proficiency in diagnosing issues related to Power Platform.
- Familiarity with creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Experience developing solutions in Salesforce with proficiency in Lightning Components
Provides feedback on data product problems; provides recommendations on software technology and software/hardware products for App/project upgrading.
Perform a variety of testing to ensure proper applications of apps.
Document project documentation and updates as changes occur.
Construct flow charts/diagrams based on product development.
Troubleshoot customer support issues as they arise.

Active US SECRET security clearance required or ability to obtain one.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$43,500 - 86,900 USD
