The IT Solutions Analyst Lead is responsible for leading the deployment, maintenance and improvement of business applications and systems. Responsibilities will include all deliverables (estimates, designs, configuration/development, deployments) meeting timelines and quality standards. In addition, this person will provide subject matter expertise in the Sales, Distribution, and Accounts Receivable areas, which includes providing solution alternatives and estimates, gathering, and interpreting of requirements, and designing, documenting and delivering solutions.
What will you do?
- Lead the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systems
- Lead assigned portions of and/or participate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
- Translate non-technical requirements into highly technical specifications
- Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Manage and maintain overall solution architecture, scalability, and integrity
- Define solution limitations and requirements
- Work with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution’s technology stack
- Communicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical direction
- Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated into solution designs
- Establish and enforce standards as part of the solution roadmap development
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
- Serve as the subject matter expert for solution development in the assigned area
- Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team members

What do you need for this role?
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field is required. Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years analyst or hands-on consultant with project experience in the design, development and delivery and hyper care for SAP SD OTC solutions and all Integrations
- 2+ years of experience in SAP S4 full implementation as OTC Lead
- Price Fx, Sales Force Integrations, TM and TSW are a plus.
- Ability to rapidly define requirements and build proof of concepts.
- Experience and skills in team management.
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Experience configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and SAP modules.
- Proven in understanding and implementing software best practices, analyzing system requirements, designing, and prototyping solutions, defining testing and support procedures, and implementing practical technical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban and SAFE
