Job Description
This position demands a blend of technical SAP expertise (MM, PP, and Logistics modules) and business process knowledge in the semiconductor industry, with an emphasis on supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Enablement:

Provide technical support and training to China-based users to ensure smooth operation of SAP MM, PP, and Logistics modules.

Troubleshoot and solve user issues related to ERP transactions and system operations.

Serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT teams in China.
Incident Management & Problem Resolution:

Investigate, track, and resolve SAP-related incidents affecting supply chain operations.

Collaborate with global teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.

Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting business continuity.
Change Management & Configuration:

Analyze, document, and implement configuration changes to support evolving business processes.

Ensure changes align with best practices, compliance standards, and business requirements.

Coordinate with business users and external partners to validate and test new configurations.
DMTM Second Close Project – FAB Integration:
-
Act as a key contributor in the DMTM Second Close project, ensuring seamless ERP integration with the semiconductor FAB in China.

Monitor and manage data flows between SAP and the FAB system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and vendors to align SAP operations with FAB requirements.
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes using SAP functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop continuous improvement initiatives.

Leverage SAP best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.
Reporting
- Operational Reporting
- Compliance and Audit Reporting
- Ad-Hoc Reporting, presentations and management summaries.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Process / Accounting with ERP context.
- At least 7 years of hands on experience in Supply chain in the context of ERP systems.
- Has worked for at least 3 years hands on in ERP Business Operations
Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Accounting.
