Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and others
- Assist in tracking and managing software licenses to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Provide technical support to end users on M365-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical support for end user devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance indicators.
- Monitor license usage and optimize license allocation to maximize cost efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on M365 usage, license compliance, and other relevant metrics.
- Document and maintain records of support activities, solutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their functionalities.
- Familiarity with software license management and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in an IT support role is a plus.
