The IT and Cyber Support Manager / Lead will be responsible for leading and managing multiple technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple technology projects, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Ability to lead the staff in IT projects using Microsoft Project or client specified formats for milestone tracking and project status.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk management plans.

Creating and management a Change Management program and ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed of all changes in a timely manner.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project team members.

Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Manage and motivate project teams, including assigning tasks, setting expectations, and ensuring accountability.

Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in project management and incorporate best practices into project processes.

Experience in supporting IT projects including deployment and testing of applications and systems.
Basic Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years relate experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT or related field and at least 5 years in IT project management. Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project.

Strong technical background, with a good understanding of software development and technology trends.

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, with experience in leading and managing IT projects.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure.

Project Management Professional (PMP) required.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
