VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:
- Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten, einschließlich der Konzeption innovativer Lösungen sowie der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern, um eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchführung sicherzustellen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Ermittlung der Kundenbedürfnisse und Entwicklung überzeugender Lösungskonzepte für Industriekunden
- Individuelle Beratung neuer und bestehender Kunden durch technische und wirtschaftliche Bewertung der Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten basierend auf den Kundenanforderungen
- Durchführung von Softwarepräsentationen und Workshops bei Interessenten und Kunden (vor Ort und remote)
- Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen im Verkaufsprozess und Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Partner Sales mit technischem Fachwissen und Preisabschätzungen
- Vertretung des Unternehmens bei Kunden- und Partnerveranstaltungen sowie Messen
ERFORDERLICHE FÄHIGKEITEN:
- Präsentations-, Rhetorik- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in Produktions- und Logistikprozessen
- Kompetenz in Datenanalyse, Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und Kundenorientierung
- Klare Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
- Aktives Zuhören, um die Pain Points und Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an neue Technologien und Veränderungen
- Teamarbeit für technische Informationen und Vertriebsteams für Kundeninformationen
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten zur Bewältigung technischer Herausforderungen oder Kundenanliegen
- Zeitmanagement zur Bewältigung mehrerer Aufgaben wie der Vorbereitung von Demos und Lösungskonzepten und zugehöriger Wertbetrachtungen und ROI Berechnungen
QUALIFIKATIONEN:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik (oder gleichwertig); idealerweise mit Fachkenntnissen in Fertigung und/oder IT
- Bis zu 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position oder in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Beratung, Projekt- oder Produktmanagement
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Neugier auf innovative Technologien wie IoT, UWB, Bluetooth, RFID
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Interessenten und Kunden
- Idealerweise ein Netzwerk im Bereich Industrie und/oder Logistik
