Practicalities
- Starting: April 2025 for 6 months - 35 hours/week from 09:00/1700 or 12:00/20:00
- Available on 2 Saturdays out of the month
- The internship allowance is €850 per month
- You will work from our Cergy office, in France
Ready to kickstart your career with an exciting international environment? As a Sales Locataires intern, you’ll have the chance to take full ownership of your work and make a real impact from day one.
Your team
You will be joining the Sales Locataires team within Studapart which consists of 15 team members. During this internship you will be onboarding the tenants onto our platform, assisting them with their questions and providing them with the best accommodation that matches their needs.
Your role and impact
- Marketing the housing portfolio (student residences and private housing)
- Promote the conversation of our tenants' housing requests through personalized support and market expertise (what type of housing the tenant is looking for, rental duration, type of rental (shared, single, etc).
- Processing and managing incoming requests (calls and e-mails) from prospective tenants in several French cities
- Set up rental files with prospective tenants
- Guide and follow-up with prospective tenants until their reservation is finalized
- Follow-up on by-passes (bypassing the platform to reserve accommodation)
- Communicate with our BtoB partners on current files/reservations
- Guaranteeing quality of service to our tenant
- Monitor and update available housing stock
- Manage and resolve dispute
Your profile
- More than a diploma or commercial training, we are looking for a motivated person who is keen to learn, adapts quickly and enjoys a challenge.
- Excellent command of French and English
- A flair for sales and customer relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to easily develop relationships with all your contacts, meet their expectations and anticipate their needs
- Dynamic and proactive
