The Opportunity
As an Internal Communications Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our internal communication strategies, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our company’s mission and values. You will collaborate closely with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful messaging that enhances transparency, fosters a strong company culture, and drives organizational success.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to support company initiatives, leadership updates, and key organizational changes.
- Partner with leadership and HR teams to craft clear, compelling messaging that enhances employee engagement and aligns with Incode’s mission and values.
- Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet content, all-hands meetings, and other platforms to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
- Create and distribute engaging content, including announcements, reports, presentations, and other materials that support company-wide initiatives and cultural alignment.
- Leverage data and feedback mechanisms (such as surveys and engagement metrics) to assess communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support change management initiatives by providing strategic communication plans that help employees navigate organizational transitions with clarity and confidence.
- Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing Incode’s values and ensuring employees feel informed, connected, and empowered within the organization.
Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees stay informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other relevant communications through various channels.
- Collaborate with leadership and department heads to relay key messages effectively.
Company Meeting Host and Coordinator
- Organize and facilitate company-wide meetings, including town halls, team meetings, and leadership briefings.
- Ensure agendas are prepared, speakers are coordinated, and meeting logistics are managed efficiently.
- Provide post-meeting follow-ups, including recaps and action items, to ensure clarity and accountability.
Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Collect feedback from employees to enhance workplace culture and improve engagement strategies.
- Develop creative content and messaging for internal campaigns related to culture, well-being, and company values.
- Partner with management to implement recognition and other types of initiatives that boost morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
Special Projects
- Lead and support various cross-functional projects that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
- Manage internal communication platforms and tools to ensure timely and effective information sharing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with different teams to develop and execute innovative employee engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR-related roles (1-3 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced/fluent English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication tools, and BambooHR is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
