About the Role:

Inputting valuation data to Ministry of Finance’s system

Supporting valuers in conducting different type of assets valuation service from mortgage to commercial.

Conduct market research activities and manage data collection (via internet, phone interviews, site inspections, proprietary sources/database, articles, news) on assigned destinations.

Translate standard documents.
-
Undertake ad-hoc projects or additional tasks that may be required by the department.

General administration duties relevant to the department.
About You:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Good organization and planning skill to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent in communication skills.

Valuation education background is preferred.
