This Intern Accounting role focuses on supporting the accounting team with various financial tasks, including bank account reconciliations, expense registrations, and the maintenance of legal accounting books and helping with other accounting tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
• Bank Accounts reconciliations
• Bank expenses registrations.
• Accounting records & reconciliations.
• Provide documentation requested by all departments and internal/external audit.
• Credit cards expenses reconciliations
• Payment orders to suppliers
• Maintenance and transcription of legal accounting books
i• Other accounting task required in the accounting team
Basic Qualifications
- Position requires good communications skills (mainly verbal) to interact with internal employees and other external contacts.
- General Accounting knowledge
- Experience in same role (preferred)
- Accounting or financial student
- Intermediate excel
- Basic English language
