Job Description
Responsibilities

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park etc.)

Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works

Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works
-
Updating of Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001

Provide assistance with Capex works
-
Support other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or any other related disciplines

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Possess basic Facilities Management and M&E knowledge

Detail-oriented and meticulous
