Intermediate Administration Coordinator
You will be a valued team member responsible for general office and administrative duties. You will provide support as necessary to the Leadership team, which may include answering phones, collaborate with internal customer service team, assisting with inventory, and other administrative functions as necessary.
You will be able to use your excellent customer service skills and your friendly, professional communication skills in this position. Strong attention to detail skillsets and punctual attendance is a priority .
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Shift: 8a - 5pm / Monday - Friday (hours vary in the summer)
New Hire Bonus: $500 after 6 months of employment
Job focuses include:
- Answer and take action on in-coming calls
- Data entry of production information and receiving's
- Completing daily drug usage reconciliation, raw materials requisition
- Create various reports
- Printing labels/tags and placards for products
- Maintain records for inspection by regulatory officials and auditors
- Order supplies
- Admin responsibilities such as payroll, accounts payable and purchasing
- Support Leadership Team as well as other task assigned
- May run errands
- Coordinate special events
Skills required:
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Critical reasoning/problem solving, and continuous improvement skills
- Ability to multi-task, self-starter
- Excellent organization and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with many different types of people
- Strong work ethic
Experience-Education (Required):
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer service or admin experience
Experience-Education (Preferred):
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in agriculture based business and or manufacturing facility
