About You:

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to play a key role in supporting and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, this role will focus on coordinating campaign strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and driving measurable results that align with Knix’s broader business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, merchandising, paid media, retention, retail, site merch, and brand, to bring 360-degree campaigns to life.


This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive marketer with 3-4 years of experience to grow and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across customer touch points, including digital, social, email, influencer, partnerships, and in-store.
  • Maintain the omni-consumer calendar, overseeing the scheduling and execution of campaigns and launches to ensure coordinated and timely delivery across platforms.
  • Support the development of campaign briefs and collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and in line with the brand vision.
  • Partner with channel owners (paid media, social, email, etc.) to ensure campaign messaging and timing are consistent and impactful across platforms.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets for campaigns, keeping cross-functional teams informed of key milestones.
  • Lead campaign analyses by tracking performance metrics and generating reports to evaluate success, uncover opportunities, and inform future strategies.
  • Assist with long-range planning in collaboration with the merchandising team to align marketing strategies with product roadmap and seasonal trends.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and cultural moments to identify new opportunities for innovative campaigns.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams to ensure efficient and collaborative execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or related role, ideally within the retail or eCommerce space.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with experience working across teams.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities with ease.
  • Results-driven mindset and comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Passionate about the Knix brand and excited to contribute to its mission and continued growth.
