Mission

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Mexico. This role is critical in driving win-back initiatives and acquiring new customers in the Americas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong understanding of the automotive and general manufacturing market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with lapsed customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Design and execute targeted win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers and rebuild relationships;
  • Identify and acquire new customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, together with the Sales team;
  • Support in contract preparation and legal reviews when required.

Marketing:

  • Identify key events in North America and define appropriate engagement models for each (speaking engagements, booths, private events);
  • Drive top of funnel activities such as social media posts, newsletters, white papers with relevant industry associations


Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build rapport with customers;
  • Present product offerings, demonstrate value, and address customer needs effectively.


Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the North American and global sales teams to share insights and best practices;
  • Partner with customer value teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs,
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.


Market Understanding:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in North America;
  • Provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the North American market;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry and market dynamics in North America is a plus.
