We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Mexico. This role is critical in driving win-back initiatives and acquiring new customers in the Americas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong understanding of the automotive and general manufacturing market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with lapsed customers.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Design and execute targeted win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers and rebuild relationships;
- Identify and acquire new customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline.
Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, together with the Sales team;
- Support in contract preparation and legal reviews when required.
Marketing:
- Identify key events in North America and define appropriate engagement models for each (speaking engagements, booths, private events);
- Drive top of funnel activities such as social media posts, newsletters, white papers with relevant industry associations
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build rapport with customers;
- Present product offerings, demonstrate value, and address customer needs effectively.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the North American and global sales teams to share insights and best practices;
- Partner with customer value teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs,
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Market Understanding:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in North America;
- Provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the North American market;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry and market dynamics in North America is a plus.
