Job Description: Inside Account Executive

As an Inside Account Executive, you play a pivotal role in not just meeting but exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Your commitment to timely responses, outstanding service, and innovative solutions is integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen coupled with a background in customer service, demonstrating reliability and achieving a balance between customer-centricity and results-driven performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Account Directors for assigned regions, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support. Provide comprehensive quotes and reports to support strategic initiatives, demonstrating integrity and reliability in all interactions.
  • Ensure the seamless and successful setup of new customers, working in partnership with Executive Account Directors to deliver outstanding service and solutions.
  • Drive the sales process with a focus on innovation, proactively scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and effectively communicating unique value propositions to clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks, embracing creative approaches such as cold-calling, emailing, and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer information within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for relevant stakeholders while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Embrace flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling assigned duties, remaining agile to meet evolving business needs and challenges.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional time management skills, showcasing your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks while embodying our commitment to service excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying information clearly, persuasively, and with integrity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations, demonstrating initiative, innovation, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
