Position Summary

  • The strategy team is responsible for unearthing consumer insights and behaviors to define and optimize the target audience and drive business goals for our clients. Both strategic planning and analytics are key dimensions of our work. We identify unique connection opportunities based on audience emotions and behaviors using proprietary research and data and translate them into actionable insights for media, content, and social marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting ideas and customer touchpoints to the overall brief and developing design, media strategy leverage, and strengthening brand strategy to build a brand reputation and enhance customer engagement about the objective.
  • Be a strategic partner for clients, support business solutions, and proactively suggest new campaigns.
  • In-depth exploratory research and leverage insight to create thought starter ideas to a creative with a strategic approach.
  • Developing and implementing strategic, integrated brand marketing programs alongside design management to build brand value and customer awareness.
  • Work closely with media planner teams and diversify teams to brainstorm ideas and ensure efficiency before delivering to the client.
  • Develop communication, experience, and digital and social strategies, along with precise recommendations based on market opportunities which can be translated into local action plans.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of strategy experience at an advertising/digital agency, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with consideration to client objectives, confident to face with the client.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. Well-hand in research including data analysis.
  • Capable of working under pressure and under time limits.
  • Experience as a strategist in brand positioning, integrated brand communication, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media.
