Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a mission critical program. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution of interconnected projects while maintaining alignment with contract requirements and government objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in program coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication, driving the successful fulfillment of all staffing and task management deliverables. This is a fulltime role and is available upon award.
What You'll be doing
- Organizing all services pertaining to this contract
- Fulfilling staffing plans
- Providing strategic guidance to multiple teams
- Formulating, organizing, monitoring interconnected projects
- Preparing and/or presenting reports to Government PMs
- Fulfilling the task management deliverables
- Coordinating with other task leads to ensure specific deliverables are being completed within the agreed upon timelines
- Communicating any discovered risks and mitigation plans with the Government
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager (PM) or other managerial positions
- Must have a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant education in lieu of certification
- Must have excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
