What will you be doing?

  • Perform user base and account set-up updates on behalf of our customer base (bulk uploads, manual updates, and so on). 
  • Cooperate closely with the AM and IS teams to set clear expectations around delivery dates, data requirements and processes.
  • Take ownership over corporate rates of our customers. Consulting, Loading, and Troubleshooting. 
  • Lead communication regarding corporate rates with hotels, providing this service to our clients
  • Coordinate with Inventory Team about specific requirements of corporate agreements loading
  • Support your Team Lead with feedback and ideas how to improve the processes and team effectiveness and collaboration
  • Lead and support the wider organization on cross-team initiatives and projects to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Become an expert in functionalities of our platform
  • Become an expert in Back end functionalities required to set up an account
  • On a day to day basis you will interact with internal stakeholders mainly (AM and IS Team) as well as hotel suppliers. Occasionally you will also lead tasks which might be customer facing.
