As an Implementation Consultant within TeamMate, you will:

Conducting business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand the customer's requirements.

Working with the customer’s implementation team to configure TeamMate software, ensuring it is aligned with the customers' business process and meets their requirements.

Training the customers’ end-users on software functionality prior to go-live.

Providing ad-hoc customer support.

Working as the key interface between development, product management teams and customers.
Senior Professional Services Consultant Key Skills:
-
Experience implementing a B2B configurable software is preferred.

Internal Audit experience would be desirable

Ability to work autonomously and independently.

Strong customer service skills, a good listener, ability to effectively manage customer expectations, comfortable engaging with customers both virtually and face to face.

Tenacious individual who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and nationalities.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willing to travel when customers prefer onsite delivery of services.

Flexibility in terms of accommodating customer engagements which may change at the last minute.
