Neo Group is on the lookout for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR Department.

What we want from you:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals for remote teams.
  • Design and conduct virtual training programs and workshops that foster professional development and team cohesion.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance to remote employees on HR-related issues.
  • Analyze employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to enhance the remote work culture.
  • Collaborate with management to create and enforce policies that promote a healthy work-life balance among remote teams.
  • Coordinate team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships among remote staff.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices for managing remote employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
