JOB LOCATION: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
EMPLOYMENT TERM Fixed Term Contract (6 months contract)

The HRBP Assistant—Marketing & Employee Engagement works with the Marketing team's function leaders to land the people agenda anchored on Talent, Capability, Organization, and Culture.  You will deliver HR support to the business and ensures HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals with talent management, performance management, recruitment, learning, reward, and communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the HRBP Manager in directly working with the MYSG Marketing team, delivering HR support and implementing HR policies.

  • Day-to-day HR Partnering operations (employee communication, people movement, learning development, culture building, team activities)

  • Co-creates learning strategy & led execution for total Marketing Function.

  • Works at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs.

  • Works closely and collaboratively with other HRBPs, Employee Experience, and HR Expertise teams.

  • Works with the HRBP Manager and related teams in creating and driving Employee Engagement initiatives for the Malaysia office.

  • Oversee engagement activities from planning to execution, ensure high level of employee’s satisfaction.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • More than 2 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a commercial or marketing facing role)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable with facilitating workshops and team events

  • Relevant experience in HR Systems and Processes (Workday, Microsoft Applications)

  • Can manage higher leaders, stakeholders, and peers.

  • End-to-end project management, operations, and execution

  • Attention to detail.

  • Can work in a fast-paced multi-national environment.
