Your Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of the performance management process design and management
-
Preparation of communication material and design campaigns around Performance management
-
Measure the performance and effectiveness of employees by various means in coordination with the managers.

Plan, coordinate, and manage Performance Review and Assessment Process for all employees, provide information and training sessions for all employees and managers, and answer employee and management queries.

Implement approach to performance management and enable employees and managers to have robust performance, development and career conversations.

Closely works with stakeholders to ensure career development tools/practices are aligned with organizational needs.

Design, implements and oversees programs aimed to support the career development of specific groups of personnel.

Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process.

Supervising the process implementation of succession and development plans.

Your Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
6+ months experience in design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes.

Knowledge in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development.

Experience in the area of Career Development, Workday, Excel is an added advantage.

Strong influencing and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
