We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced HR Administrative to our team based out of our Nuevo Laredo yard.

Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5pm (alternate Saturdays)

Responsibilities:

Administrative HR Activities:

• Oversee and coordinate activities with vendors related to HR services, including ordering office supplies, managing maintenance services, and negotiating and maintaining vendor contracts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, system access, and orientation materials are provided.
• Support administration of employee benefits programs, providing guidance to employees and addressing inquiries.
• Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and documents (e.g., performance reviews, compliance reports, internal memos) as needed for management or regulatory purposes.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and internal or external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and organized communication flow.
• Track office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure availability of necessary materials without overstocking.
  

Recruitment Activities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Utilize various recruiting methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide data on hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.

• Human Resources Degree or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in a HR similar role +3 years experience
• Experience managing directly facility's needs, suppliers and vendors.
• Experience in a full cycle recruitment process for operative roles.
• Self-starter, highly organized, ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail and goal oriented.
• Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
• Excellent communication and people management skills; must be a team player.
• Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
