We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Office Admin (Student Position) to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a student who is passionate about HR operations and office management, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact (front desk), welcoming employees, guests, candidates, vendors, etc. who come to the office.
- Provide HR administrative support, including document management and employee records.
- Assist in managing and maintaining HiBob (HRIS), including data entry, updates, and reporting.
- Work closely with our HiBob account manager to optimize system functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Assist the Office Manager with various ad hoc tasks related to office operations and employee experience.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, compliance tracking, and coordination with different departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability for a part-time student position Sunday, Monday and Thursday from 9am-5pm.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English – a must.
- Interest in HR systems and data management—experience with HiBob is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and other office tools.
