What We Need

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our team as a (Senior) HR Generalist. In this role, you will be part of a small HR team; working alongside our HR Manager (based in Prague) and Payroll Specialist  (based in Brno) to support 200 employees and agency staff across the Czech Republic. You will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee all administrative tasks related to new hires, including onboarding processes, employment contracts, amendment letters, medical examinations, IT access requests, profile setup in database systems, and handling employee changes.
• Provide expert guidance and hands-on support with visa processes for international employees, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
• Assist with employee relocations, including managing company apartments and supporting employees in finding suitable housing.
• Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Manage and enhance employee programs and benefits to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain and check monthly attendance records and update the internal company website with relevant information.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary HR paperwork.
• Collaborate with HR teams from other studios to align and implement best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent proficiency in Czech and English (spoken and written).
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and standard corporate collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to collaboration.
