Support the Human Resources department and business local leaders in managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR practices and local regulations.
TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
HR Administration
· Manage the administrative execution of all changes throughout the entire employee life cycle, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
· Independently create and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, compensation adjustments, and job function changes. Ensure all necessary signatures are obtained.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to employees and managers on all matters related to their employment, including onboarding, offboarding, and any life situations impacting their work relationship.
· Liaise with local administration for all related legal compulsory declarations
· Ensure legal and company reportings
Recruitment Support
· Post job openings on various platforms and assist with candidate screening.
· Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers.
· Support the creation of job descriptions and maintain an updated list of open positions.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
· Prepare and coordinate payroll processes, acting as the key liaison with our payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
· Handle employee inquiries related to salary, overtime, and deductions.
· Maintain Bamboo up to date
PROFILE REQUIRED
Educational Background
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 4 to 5 years of experience in an HR administrative role
Professional Background :
· Experience working in international environment is an advantage

· Fluent in Spanish & English
· MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
